Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident starting with AutoFlow. This policy explains our refund and cancellation terms in plain language. It applies to all AutoFlow plans and add-ons purchased from AutoFlow ("we", "us", or "our").
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with AutoFlow for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. This guarantee covers your first month's subscription fee and your one-time setup fee. Just contact us within the 30-day window and we will refund you in full.
Cancel anytime
There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- Your service stays active through the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after that.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months after the 30-day guarantee period.
After the first 30 days
Once the 30-day guarantee period has passed, monthly subscription fees that have already been charged are non-refundable. You can still cancel anytime to stop future charges, as described above.
One-time setup fee
The setup fee covers the work of building and launching your system. It is fully refundable as part of the 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days, the setup fee is non-refundable because the work has been completed and delivered.
Add-ons
Optional add-ons (such as extra locations, phone numbers, or languages) follow the same terms as your subscription: covered by the 30-day guarantee, cancel anytime, and non-refundable for partial months afterward.
Advertising spend (Growth plan)
On the Growth plan, advertising spend is paid directly to the advertising platform from your own account and is not handled or refunded by AutoFlow. Our management fee follows the standard refund terms above.
Annual plans
Annual plans are also covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After 30 days, annual payments are non-refundable, but you will keep access for the full period you paid for.
How to request a refund or cancel
Email us at hello@autoflowmn.com with your account details. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date.
