Our services

AutoFlow provides websites, AI call and text answering, automatic booking, price estimates, customer management, and related services for auto repair shops. The specific features available to you depend on the plan you select.

Plans, fees, and billing

• Monthly plans are billed in advance. A one-time setup fee applies to new accounts as described on our pricing page.
• There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time, and your service will continue through the end of the current billing period.
• On the Growth plan, advertising spend is billed separately to your own advertising account and is not included in our fees.
• New accounts are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. After that period, fees are non-refundable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

Your responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate business information and to use the services lawfully.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of pricing, services, and availability that you ask us to configure.
• You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to contact your customers by phone or text.

AI-generated responses

Our services use artificial intelligence to answer calls and texts, provide estimates, and book appointments. While we work to keep these accurate, AI responses may occasionally contain errors. Estimates are approximate and are not binding quotes. You remain responsible for confirming final pricing and scheduling with your customers.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our software, systems, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of your business content and customer data. You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to provide the services.

Service availability

We aim for reliable, continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect the services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end services for non-payment or for violation of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date.
