Program description

Jonas Buys Houses LLC sends text messages to people who ask about selling their property and agree to receive texts. Messages are about your property and your inquiry: answering your questions, sending and following up on offers, and scheduling walkthroughs and closings.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the text message consent box on our offer form and submitting it. The box is never pre-checked, and you can submit the form without checking it.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message. You will get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no further texts. To opt back in, reply START.
